Q: The app is not synchronizing

In order for the synchronization to happen, a Bluetooth connection must be established between the smartphone and the smartwatch.

Try to restart the smartphones Bluetooth, making sure that some other connected Bluetooth device is not interfering. If this does not solve the problem, restart the smartwatch too.

Contact us if more support is required.

Q: How accurate is the heart rate monitoring?

The heart rate sensors on our watches are very accurate, they are the most recent technology used in most premium smartwatches.

Q: Can I safely use the watch under the shower?

For optimal durability, refrain from intentionally submerging the watch in water.

Q: How to charge the battery to maintain it's performance?

As you've undoubtedly observed, the smartwatch boasts an impressive and extended battery life. To ensure it continues to operate at its peak performance level, it's essential to follow some guidelines, as is the case with any device equipped with a lithium battery. Particularly, we strongly advise avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures, especially excessive heat.

Here are two crucial recommendations to safeguard your smartwatch's battery performance:

Temperature Sensitivity: It's crucial to steer clear of situations where the smartwatch is subjected to direct sunlight, especially when left inside a parked car. High temperatures in such environments can have a detrimental effect on the battery's performance and longevity.

Optimal Charging Habits: To maintain the battery's overall health, we recommend recharging it as soon as its capacity reaches around 20%. Lithium batteries tend to perform optimally when they are not frequently fully discharged. This practice ensures a longer lifespan and consistent performance over time.

By adhering to these prudent guidelines, you can extend the life of your smartwatch's battery and continue to enjoy its impressive capabilities without interruption. Your smartwatch is designed to accompany you through various activities, and taking these steps will help ensure that it remains a reliable companion for the long run.

Q: Which applications can send notifications to my watch?

The InfoWear App is designed to seamlessly synchronize with your smartwatch, allowing it to receive notifications from any app installed on your smartphone. In essence, we have the capability to forward any notification that appears in your smartphone's notification area directly to your smartwatch. To make this feature work for you, simply follow these steps within the InfoWear App

Launch the InfoWear App on your smartphone and navigate to the notification settings. Within the notification settings, you will find a list of installed apps on your phone. Here, you can select and enable the specific apps from which you'd like to receive notifications on your smartwatch.

With this customization in place, your smartwatch will keep you informed and connected by delivering notifications from your chosen apps, ensuring that you stay in the loop with ease and convenience.
